Invoke connectFocus in modal dialog. Needn't invoke it if you run a modeless
dialog. It invoke fv::focusChange() when focus change in any window. Needn't
invoke xx_frame::focusChange(). Menubar and toolbar haven't finished. I
don't know how menubar and toolbar emmit focus change signals in GTK. Who
knows it? Tell me please.
