This patch (attached) fixes bug #944. It's now possible to use the keyboard
shortcuts Alt+1, Alt+2 and Alt+3 for Heading 1, Headings 2 and Heading 3,
respectively. This makes it a big faster and easier to write structured
documents. There is a small bug, though; the style combo box isn't immediately
updated when using these shortcuts (the font and font size boxes and formatting
buttons are). I've no idea why ... :(

The patch also updates the Norwegian Nynorsk localization to 98 % (en-US is only
at 98 % too, BTW).
