For anyone who needs this information:

To build the gnome-print dialog(and the upcoming gnome-print backend), you
will need gnome-print and gnome-print-devel. You can get the gnome print
RPMs and Debs from Helixcode.

You can get the sources here ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/stable/

You can get RPMs here
