Can anyone else get the hello world application to compile under win32, it
seems to be missing a file named ap_hello_Sidebar.cpp.
I was reading the commments on the UI (the "Some random thoughts on
usabilty" thread) and was going to try some ideas but was going to use the
hello world application as a test for some ideas but I cannae get it to
compile.
