We have background color support - it's valid for character runs only now.
The attribute is "bgcolor" and it accepts all of the same hex values that
"color" does.

I'm going to commit this soon. It works from loading/saving an ABW file and
from the GAL background widget. Printing doesn't work yet. I have to find
out why...
