Beginning of a generic XP module framework. Glib/GModule implementation
checked in. If people want to start hacking on making things modular like
importers/exporters, this should provide a good starting point. If you want
to, please look at Gnumeric's plugin architecture and plugin-manager dialog
(both of which I wrote some version of sometime in the distant past).
