Added fix for bug #718, (cut/copy/paste in RTF) courtesy of Alexey Sinutin.
While I was in there, I did the same code change for UCS_LF as Alexey did
for UCS_FF. I have black box tested the change, and it looks good, but as
I am not really a programmer, I would appreciate it if someone would double
check to make sure I didn't do something stupid.
