This is a stab at makeing the toolbar looking good in Win32. I does NOT deal with the sepperatord shown behind comboboxes. It does NOT deal with the redraw problem on the right of the toolbar.

It DOES however limit these bugs to a more endurable size.

It DOES close #352, but thas only for people who don't like the icons :)
