Done. While I was in the renaming mode, I also moved the following two
directories:
abi/user/wp/samples/EnUS/
abi/user/wp/help/EnUS/
You may need to edit the CVS entries files for these directories to make CVS
shut up.
I'll send another note reopening the tree once I've fixed any remaining
build bustage.
