Rui, those asserts you were getting may go away as soon as you translate the
following two new menu items:
AP_MENU_ID_TOOLS
AP_MENU_ID_TOOLS_WORDCOUNT
Sam just added them in the last few weeks, which is why you're seeing those
TODO items in the top-level menu.
