I doubt it wil work as is. You'll probably have to recompile everything, but
given the differences between win32s and win32c (the former name of Win95
APIs), it may NOT work.

Beetween 3.x and Win32: about 16 bits and a lot of APIs.
Beetween Win32 and WinCE: a lot of API are NOT available. Despite what M$
says, WinCE does not offer compatibility with Win32.
