Subject: FAQ -- working on open source projects

This question doesn't get asked much by long-time Linux folks, but as we add
more and more AbiWord developers who are most comfortable on other platforms
(Win32, BeOS, MacOS, etc.), many of them start by asking:
"what are the unwritten rules of the community?"
"how does the development process work?"
