Subject: Translations for missing item strings

When you've done translation updates in the past (for strings that are
new for file open / save dialog warnings) you've cloned the existing,
more generic message. This seems like a good strategy in the short-run
(so that users get an error at least as meaningful as the previous
implementation), but it might be easier for those doing translations to
see empty strings (so they know there is new text to be translated).
Would it be a problem to leave those entries out of foreign translations?
This should probably also make your job easier. :)
