patch: lint in fl_BlockLayout.cpp

Subject: patch: lint in fl_BlockLayout.cpp
From: WJCarpenter (bill-abisource@carpenter.ORG)
Date: Mon Jul 10 2000 - 17:07:05 CDT

This patch (against 071000 sources) gets rid of a couple instances of
compiler lint that I inadvertently left in a few patches back. Code
is XP, tested on Linux.
