Enable broken list support. So you can have:

1. First item
2. Second item
more stuff in second item
with no label
3. Third item

You do this by deleting the label in the item and it is removed from the
list. I guess you should also be able to do this from the Dialog but it is
not available there yet.

I got to this trying to fix Aaron's first list bug. That is still not
fixed but this is an extra piece of functionality and is a step along the
way. There is a long way to go until all the special cases an abiword user
might throw at lists are supported correctly :-(
