Yeah ... I do! :-)
I'm thinking of submitting a patch to change the label on the tab from
"Smart Quotes" to "Other", which should lessen the overhead in case
anyone wants to add toggles for other boolean preference items (I
haven't surveyed to see if there are bunches missing).
