Reduced the size of the original libxml patch. Now
the xml lib backend
has to be invisible to the programmer (well, if that
sentence is not true,
at least this patch is the way to go...).
Also, desactivated the show/hide status bar option at
startup. It's yet
possible to show/hide the status bar, but at startup
the status bar will be
showed always (if not, AbiWord segfaults and I don't
know why. If you find
the bug, feel free to fix it).
