While I agree that these should go, since they would be used at most once
per document, I still want buttons for
find/replace/goto/spell/wordcount in the extras toolbar. These are all
used relatively frequently and for those with the screen real-estate (me!)
it is much easier to use the toolbar buttons. The extras toolbar
could be off by default although I would vote it for it on by
default too.
