I have changed the shortcuts page on the English help to add the keys for
Ctrl + PgUp, Ctrl + PageDown, PgUp, PgDown to show that one moves the
cursor, the other does not. This closes #215, as the current AbiWord
behavior is quite acceptable, as long as it is documented.

Chris, I had to change the first table column width from 67 to 75 so that
"Ctrl + PgDown would fit in all columns. You probably want to do the same
for the French version.
