Is there any way to make a plugin system instead? Supposing it could be done,
the plugins could be written in any supported language, and would probably
solve any cross platform and language issues.

Support for VB(and activeX) would be great for the windows port, and there are a
lot of people who already know it. Would there be any way to support it?

Just curious.
