Hi all,

Hope this isn't off-topic.

I did the 'girlfriend-test' with Abiword, ie. having some MS-Word user
trying to get productive with Abiword. This worked very well. The she
tried to print some letter and her resume, and I noticed something
strange: there was the string "Lotus 1-2-3, WordPerfect" on the paper,
but the printer (and ghostview) said "Lotus 1-2,3WordPerfect",
ie. there seems something wrong in the PostScript generation. I just
redid it, and now this works well, but the spacing is screwed up in
another part of the line. I had to fix the PostScript manually, which
makes Abiword fail the girlfriend-test after all...

Actually, I tried it also with a document only containing "Lotus
1-2-3", and now the '2' and the '3' are much too close.

I can send the PostScript fragments, if anyone's interested.

Cheers,
        Dirk-Jan.
