Added platform-specific dialog templates for use as cut-n-paste fodder when
stubbing dialogs on other platforms. Note that these are compiled as a
normal part of the build (to make sure they're not broken), but not linked
into the binary.

  M src/wp/ap/beos/Makefile
  A src/wp/ap/beos/ap_BeOSDialog_Stub.cpp
  A src/wp/ap/beos/ap_BeOSDialog_Stub.h
  M src/wp/ap/qnx/Makefile
  A src/wp/ap/qnx/ap_QNXDialog_Stub.cpp
  A src/wp/ap/qnx/ap_QNXDialog_Stub.h
  M src/wp/ap/unix/Makefile
  A src/wp/ap/unix/ap_UnixDialog_Stub.cpp
  A src/wp/ap/unix/ap_UnixDialog_Stub.h
  M src/wp/ap/win/Makefile
  A src/wp/ap/win/ap_Win32Dialog_Stub.cpp
  A src/wp/ap/win/ap_Win32Dialog_Stub.h
  A src/wp/ap/xp/ap_Dialog_Stub.h

These should be self-explanatory, but just in case, I'll send a HOWTO note
in a minute. For now, I've skipped the following platforms:

GNOME -- falls back to GTK dialogs anyhow, right?
Mac -- I have no idea what will be needed here

The maintainers on those platforms can signal that they want new dialogs
stubbed for them by supplying the appropriate set of stub templates.

Enjoy!

Paul
