Subject: Devanagari font map

I downloaded xmbdfed and a Devanagari font and looked at the map. The
characters defined in Unicode are at 0900-09ff which is the Devanagari code
page. The others (half-letters and ligatures) are at e900-e9ff which is in the
private use area. I don't know if they will be at the same place in all
Devanagari fonts, but at least I know where they are in this one.
