I've made the right fixes to wv and the abi importer so that Word
documents should now load (supported) images again (rather than
segfaulting) and no longer hang on non-existent images.

If people who have had problems recently could please try out the new
version in cvs, I would appreciate it. If you still have problems, let me
know.
