Subject: Index and Contents for Help File

I'm going to do an index and contents for the help file, to make finding
a command easy. To do this I will need to put NAME tags into the html,
so if you send html help files with corrections, can you please
highlight the corrections, so that I can just paste them into the
existing help docs. Also, I think that these will probably have to be
translated into french, to keep the versions current, but I won't be
able to do that. I'll post them when I'm finished.
Now that Pierre has posted find, all the translations are done.
