I'm pretty sure that screenshots count as fair use, at least in the United
States. There was in fact a case very recently (Sony vs Bleem) where this
was held to be true.

Sounds like a good idea. But we don't have to refer to Open Source as a
trademark of the OSI, since it isn't and never will be.
