I've now committed fp_Run.[cpp|h] and fl_BlockLayout.cpp.
fp_Run now have a nicer interface to its double-linked list interface.
fl_BlockLayout uses it.
I also found and fixed a bug in fl_BlockLayout where the code would use
an already delete object.
