Hello!

There is the following bug on making AbiWord.

xap_Win32Slurp.cpp
xap_Win32Slurp.cpp(34) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'ie_types.h': No such file or directory
make[4]: ***
[/Work/Abi/Develop/abi/src/WIN32_20.1_i386_DBG/obj/xap_Win32Slurp.obj] Error

There are two word processor dependant files (ie_types.h and
ap_EditMethods.h) in include clauses of cross appliction file
(xap_Win32Slurp.cpp). I think it's not good.
