You also need expat-0.7.9.tar.gz, abidistfiles-0.7.9.tar.gz,
   libiconv-0.7.9.tar.gz, libpng-0.7.9.tar.gz, unixfonts-0.7.9.tar.gz,
wv-0.7.9.tar.gz and zlib-0.7.9.tar.gz

untar them in the same directory, then go into the abi directory and do
make.

If you have access to CVS the best way to get the latest versions is via
anonymous CVS download of modules abi,expat,abidistfiles, libiconv,
libpng, unixfonts, wv and zlib. See www.abisource.com for details on how
to use CVS.
