Major fix. 2 big problems:
1) Couldn't print images not on the first page? Why? Well, for every other
method, yOffset was relative to that page. For images, it's relative to the
top of the document. WTF??
2) Font sizes 9,11, and all odd-sized fonts don't exist in gnome-print.
Scale them down 1 to 8 or 10, etc... This is an ugly hack. I'm waiting for
proper help from chema.
