Some progress on fixing gtk Lists dialog. Not there yet.

HI Joaquin,
           We really want the customize button to hide/reveal the options
to be customized not just greyed out. The whole point of hiding them is to
not confuse non-power users.

The labels look great now though!

Now changing the list type causes the drawing area to be changed in size.
This should be fixed.

I think I finally found out why we don't immediately see numbers when we
change from List Type None to Numbered. We have to block a signal
somewhere or stop an event expose before we've finished in the
::typeChanged() method. Sorry I haven't found out how to do this
properly. I think I'm on the right track. Could you look at the code?
