 Whoops! wrong mailing list :-)

Improve abi's thread saftey. This refactors the locks on spell checking
and smart quotes (and debug flashing) to look at a lock in pd_Document not
fv_View.cpp. This should fix text dirt in the margin on cloned views of a
document. I noticed these debugging multi-view lists. This should fix that
bug.
