ie_imp.cpp: Made XHTML importer build on non-debug builds
ie_imp_WML.cpp: changed ft to IEFT_WML instead of IEFT_TEXT
ie_exp_HTML.cpp: (more)properly export multiple white-space and remove
<META> tag which was screwing up expat on imports
ie_imp_XHTML.[cpp|h]: lots of work. Added support for lots of new tags and
stabilized the existing support. Still needs work, but that's what tomorrow
is for.
