Well, it was cvs-info that told me (richard offer, to be precise). It
turns out that 'cvs rdiff' does the right thing with new files. So now
everything works.

Anything else you want done on a nightly basis I can probably also
accomodate. Patches (since I have the source to the script up now) are
always better, but feature requests are good to.
