I never liked how Gnome had lots of toolbars instead of 2 or 3. On #gnome
IRC I got a lot of people asking me for just 2 or 3 toolbars. So I've #if
0'd out Joaquin's work (about 5 lines) and reverted back to having just
normal toolbars.

Now we have 3 toolbars on gnome instead of 20. I got a *lot* of requests for
this.
