Subject: exporting chars with values > 0x7f into Doc format

I've just looked at the code for exporting to Word - it exports characters
with values > 0x7f as &#xUUU; (e.g. ч). It's wrong - word doesn't
understand them (at least from office 2000 and wordpad from Win95). Word2000
just outputs 2 raw bytes when it writes any characters, LSB first.
Wouldn't you mind if I fixed this to make files understandable by Word?
