I have created a script that can be used to generate the ttf support
files for an entire directory (src/tools/scripts/unix/ttfadmin), and
updated the UnixFonts.txt file accordingly.

I have also modified the install.sh script (so that ttfadmin gets
installed into AbiSuite/bin). The provided makefiles make a copy of
the script in the same directory where all other binaries are placed,
but I am not sure whether this is enough for it to be included in the
binary packages.
