A bunch of autoconf changes, the autoconf build should work again.
--enable-libxml2 is gone. Normally, you should just forget about XML
parser options, and it will do the right thing.
The search order is:
1. Shared expat
2. Shared libxml2
3. Expat as a peer to the source tree
If you want to override the options, you can use --with-expat, which
skips step 2, or --with-libxml2, which skips step 1. Step 3 cannot be
skipped. At the end of configure, it should tell you what XML parser
you will be using.
