I noticed another small bug regarding different encodings...
When view of symbols is turned on (new paragraph for example) it should
always be printed in iso8859-1 encoded font regardless of the encoding of
the sorrounding text. Character that 'marks' new paragraph is compleately
different in iso8859-2 encoding...
