If you don't break the builds then chances are it will never
make it into the other platforms properly.

My questions is, is libjpeg commited as a peer module
and set up to autocompile the same as libpng? If not then
DO NOT COMMIT THIS CODE YET. If it is all incorporated
inside of the importer (as is done in the BMP case) then
it doesn't matter.

When libjpeg is available as a peer I'll do the work to
make sure it just works in the QNX build (shouldn't require
anything more than just adjusting a makefile, if it does
then something was done wrong IMHO)
