Just to remove some doubt, and we'd be happy to have some confirmation of
the fact, IE seems to not recognize XHTML files with LF end of lines as
XHMTL but raw XML.... This comes from the various comments about AbiWord 0.9
release on gnotice where users complained they could not read the release
notes using their crappy IE.... On of them added ^M and everything worked.
That is the real problem. MS screwed things up...
