Subject: commit: abi: preliminary support for bundles
From: F J Franklin (F.J.Franklin@sheffield.ac.uk)
Date: Wed Nov 28 2001 - 16:46:25 CST
The idea here is a directory called "SomeThing.bundle" will be treated as
a plugin. Currently DEBUG-unix only, and the ModuleManager expects to find
a loadable module at "SomeThing.bundle/libSomeThing.so" but this will
change in time, as other OSes - in particular MacOS[X] - need.
o preliminary support for bundles - i.e., directory-as-plugin (DEBUG only)

It's getting them wrong that is living, getting them wrong and wrong and
wrong and then, on careful reconsideration, getting them wrong again.
That's how we know we're alive: we're wrong.
