There is no pre-build binaries that have BiDi. BiDi is supported for several
release now. That is quite some time.
BTW, there were some critical bugs in 0.9.5 that made BiDi unsuable. Either
try 0.9.4.1, or the current CVS version (or soon to be released 0.9.6).
