PD_Document has 2 new functions:
bool areStylesLocked()
void lockStyles(bool)
Use these for determining style locked/unlocked status and setting it.
ABW file format has one additional attribute now:
<abiword stlyes="locked|unlocked">
Should be 100% backward and forward compatible. Imp/Exp ABW filters
updated.
