There's a lot in here:
1) du-NL -> nl-NL and strings updated (uwog)
2) added uwog to credits.txt
3) Heavily modified patch from Bryce - lock styles is working now on
GTK+ and Gnome, excepting the keyboard modifiers (ctrl-b and the like).
All GTK+ and Gnome toolbar controls can now be greyed
4) Fix bugs reported by tucker regarding page setup. Unix page-setup
dialog now honors page names properly. PD_Document now sets the size
based on your preference after your normal.awt file. Not sure if this is
the correct behavior
5) Find/replace dialog now reports the # of changes made. This fixes a
bug in bugzilla
6) Probably others...
