1. The gdk-pixbuf image loader is in the main gnome build now.
2. Various #ifdef HAVE_GNOMEVFS removals.
3. Cursor changes to neat little hand pointer when mouse-overed a
hyperlink. Looks like a linux browser now. Windows developers should
implement this to get this too.
4. Re-organization of some header/footer code to speed things up and to
fix a crasher.
Now gnome users can drag and drop any image they like from galeon, mozilla
and nautilus in abiword.
Lots of fun for me anyway :-)
