I hate to bring up a sensitive point like this, but what has happened to
this feature. Manually editing CloseOnLastDoc= from "1" to "0" does
nothing. I keep waiting for the ability to have a new window pop open
when I close the last, hopefully even a checkbox in the preferences, but
not yet.
