Subject: Added Swiss German localization

Sorry I forgot to post when I committed. There are
now
ap_TB_LabelSet_de-CH.h and de-CH.strings files which
contain just the differences between Swiss High German
and German High German. For starters I've just
changed
all "ß" characters to "ss". Please test and let me
know if I've done it wrongly, messed something up,
left
something out, etc.
