If we are on Solaris, set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to contain /usr/local/lib
Fix bug 1739
/cvsroot/abi/src/pkg/common/unix/scripts/makewrapper.sh,v <-- makewrapper.sh
new revision: 1.15; previous revision: 1.14

That is the last Solaris specific bug.

"make ABI_OPT_DEBUG=1 prefix=/export/home/hub install" works like a charm
now.
