It would be helpful to have all of the compiling options be added into
the BUILD.TXT e.g.

enable debugging ABI_OPT_DEBUG=1
enable BiDirectional text support ABI_OPT_BIDI=1
enable Bonobo (whatever that is)
enable Gnome support ABI_OPT_GNOME=1
enable LibXML (whatever this is)
enable Pspell
enable Scripting
set AbiWords (preferred) install path prefix=/usr/local
                                        prefix=/usr/share

and any other unknown switches to make install, make distribution, etc..

The BUILD.TXT file is helpful, but without these key commands listed, it
makes it difficult to figure out the exact command line to type in.
If I can figure them all out, I will submit an addendem.
